Why do I love KPL?
Kappa Phi Lambda has given each of us an opportunity to learn from and contribute to an organization that encompasses so many unique individuals. I love being a part of a small organization because I truly feel as though I have watched it grow and I have been able to contribute to that growth as well.
What makes me unique? I am quite smiley and giggly but I can be blunt at times. I think my childlike nature surprises people when my assertive/blunt side comes out. Which came first: the chicken or the egg? Okay, so the scientific part of me says the egg. Because chickens evolved through non chickens which produced a zygote aka egg for the real chicken. The egg, the egg! What makes me laugh? Corny jokes, sarcastically funny people. My close friends always make me laugh and smile..then again i'm almost always laughing or smiling. erf. Why did I choose KPL? I wanted to be a part of an organization that had the potential and desire to actively raise awareness amongst the asian commnity, specifically through the acts of strong and independent women (kappas!) I think I found the perfect avenue for my goals and joining KPL was definitely the best decision I made during college.
